These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, programs, content, and services offered by Wholeness Education, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Feminine Formation ("we," "us," or "our"), including the operating divisions identified below. By accessing our websites, submitting a form, enrolling in a program, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
By using our websites or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our websites or services. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization (such as a company, firm, foundation, school, or institution), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

The Feminine Revival Foundation is a separately incorporated 501(c)(3) public charity with its own board, bylaws, books, and policies. Donations made to the Foundation are governed by the Foundation's own terms and are not commercial transactions with Wholeness Education, LLC. References in these Terms to "we," "us," and "our" do not include the Foundation.
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our programs or create an account. Programs intended for minors (such as future teen programs) will require participation and consent of a parent or legal guardian and will be governed by separate terms specific to those programs.
Some of our services require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, to keep your account information up to date, and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

All content on our websites and in our programs, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, curriculum, frameworks, methodologies, the New Woman Masterclass, the Feminine Formation curriculum, brand marks, and software, is the property of Wholeness Education, LLC, or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
When you enroll in a program or purchase content, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use, or in the case of institutional partnerships, for the specific use defined in your partnership agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, create derivative works from, sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise exploit our content without our prior written consent.
"The Woman School," "Feminine Formation," "Catholic Feminine Formation," "The New Woman," "Feminine Revival Foundation," and related names, logos, and marks are trademarks of Wholeness Education, LLC, or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
If you submit testimonials, photos, written reflections, feedback, or other content to us, you grant Wholeness Education, LLC, a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display that content in connection with our services and marketing, subject to our Privacy Policy. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that your submission does not violate the rights of any third party.
Enrollment in a program is confirmed when payment is received and the enrollment is accepted by us. We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel enrollments at our discretion. Program access is personal to the enrolled participant and may not be shared, sold, or transferred without our written consent.
Program fees, tuition, and partnership fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are due as specified at the time of enrollment or in the applicable partnership agreement. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide. You are responsible for all taxes, currency conversion fees, and bank charges associated with your payment.
Refund and cancellation policies are program-specific and are disclosed at the time of enrollment. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees paid are non-refundable once a program has begun or content has been accessed. Please review the applicable refund policy carefully before enrolling. For institutional partnerships, refund and cancellation terms are governed by the partnership agreement.
Donations to the Feminine Revival Foundation are made to a separate 501(c)(3) public charity and are not commercial transactions with Wholeness Education, LLC. Donations are governed by the Foundation's own terms, policies, and gift acceptance procedures. The Foundation will provide donors with appropriate acknowledgment receipts for tax purposes. The tax-deductibility of any contribution depends on your individual circumstances; please consult your tax advisor.
No goods, services, or program access are provided to donors in exchange for donations to the Foundation, except where specifically disclosed and valued in accordance with IRS requirements.
Our websites, programs, content, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Our content and programs provide formation, education, and guidance. They are not, and should not be construed as, medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. Our content is not a substitute for professional care or counseling. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
The transformation, growth, or outcomes experienced by participants in our programs vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and other factors. Testimonials reflect the experience of the individuals quoted and are not guarantees of any particular result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wholeness Education, LLC, its officers, members, employees, contractors, ambassadors, coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of our websites, programs, or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wholeness Education, LLC, its officers, members, employees, contractors, ambassadors, coaches, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any content you submit.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access or use our services and content will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
You agree that any claim must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice on our websites. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific or partnership-specific agreements you enter into with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our services.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely.
No agency. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and us.
