This Privacy Policy describes how Wholeness Education, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Feminine Formation ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit our websites, fill out our forms, enroll in our programs, or otherwise interact with our services. It applies to the operating divisions listed below. The Feminine Revival Foundation is a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit entity and maintains its own privacy practices.

1. Who We Are

Wholeness Education, LLC, doing business as Feminine Formation, owns and operates the brands and websites covered by this policy. Our operating divisions include:

• Feminine Formation (feminineformation.com), our institutional master brand for business and organizational partnerships.
• The Woman School (thewomanschool.com, januarydonovan.com), our consumer brand and the home of January Donovan's thought leadership and direct-to-consumer programs.
• Catholic Feminine Formation (catholicfeminineformation.com), the Catholic vertical of Feminine Formation, serving parishes, Catholic schools, Newman Centers, and Catholic organizations.

The Feminine Revival Foundation is a separately incorporated 501(c)(3) public charity. It maintains its own books, board, bank account, and privacy practices. Donations made to the Foundation are governed by the Foundation's own policies, not this one.

Partner organizations

When you inquire about or enroll in a program through a company, firm, foundation, school, or organization, we may share relevant information with that partner to coordinate program delivery, communications, or follow-up. We do not share more than is necessary for that purpose.

Affiliated entities

We may share information between our operating divisions where doing so supports the services you have requested. For example, if you inquire through Feminine Formation but the appropriate program sits with The Woman School or Catholic Feminine Formation, we may route your information accordingly. The Feminine Revival Foundation is a separate legal entity, and we do not share donor or supporter information across the for-profit and nonprofit boundary except where you have specifically authorized it.

Legal and safety

We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect rights or safety, or appropriate in connection with a legal investigation, subpoena, or governmental request.

Business transfers
